Abstract
The development of social media, especially Instagram, has changed how people obtain information, including in the field of music. Information that was previously conveyed through conventional media has now shifted to digital platforms that are faster, more attractive, and easily accessible. This shift highlights the importance of research into how social media message content is structured and delivered to remain informative and easy to understand for the audience.
This study aims to analyze how the Instagram account @hai_online conveys music information, and to determine whether the delivered messages meet the characteristics of informative communication. The primary question in this research is how the form, content, and delivery of the messages are utilized in that content.
This study uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method. Data were collected through observation of @hai_online's Instagram content, specifically focusing on music-related carousel and reels formats. The analysis technique was conducted by examining the message structure, language use, and the completeness of the information presented in each piece of content.
The results of this study show that @hai_online effectively conveys music information through the use of casual, clear, and easy-to-understand language. The presented content is also structured, fact-based, and equipped with relevant information such as musician profiles, interesting facts, and music developments. Furthermore, the use of visual formats like carousels and reels helps increase audience engagement and comprehension of the delivered message.
In conclusion, @hai_online successfully utilizes Instagram as an informative communication medium in the field of music by combining quality message content with an appealing presentation. This study contributes to understanding the role of social media as a tool for disseminating music information.
