Abstract
Most of the political activities these days are enlivened with political advertisements from various politicians or parties Both in print, electronic, visual media such as billboards, banners, stickers, calendars, and t-shirts Almost every day we are treated to these political advertisements Political advertising is one way to campaign and socialise self-work programmes and political parties to the public.
However, technological advances have caused there to be one of the new promotional media channels that is currently very close to everyone, namely through social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, and others. With the existence of new media used for campaigns, it also requires politicians or parties to have a creative way to do a political advertisement using the media. With social media that can be accessed for free by everyone, Jingle or song making is an interesting way to advertise using this media.
Jingles or songs can be a unique way to carry out campaigns, especially the characters of current social media users are generation Y and generation Z who are very fond of entertainment content and entertainment content presented with a song is very easy to spread. Through this creative advertisement, it is one of the reasons politicians or parties can increase their popularity level.
