Abstract

Instagram is an iOS-based social media application for smartphones, iPhones, Windows phones and can also be accessed via laptop or computer. This social media makes it easier for users to send and obtain information, especially da'wah information (messages). This is the background for researchers to research one of the accounts, namely @yukngaji.id, with the aim of finding out what da'wah themes appear and how frequently these themes appear.
This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type and basic content analysis. The number of uploads studied was 93 in the period March – May 2023, included in eleven categories, namely thoughts, faith, relationship with God, fellow humans, self, law, worship, marriage & parenting, YN quiz, YN merch, and YN classroom. The researcher's data coding process was assisted by coder 2 with data collection techniques using primary, secondary and documentation data. The data analysis technique uses distribution data analysis with validity and reliability tests using the Scott formula and formula.
The research results obtained from the thought category obtained a frequency of appearance of 7 times (7.5%) then the second category, namely faith, a frequency of appearance of 3 times (3.2%), continued in the category of relationship with Allah with a frequency of appearance obtained of 4 times. (4.3%), the fellow human category has a frequency of appearance 14 times (15.1%), the self category has a frequency of appearance 3 times (3.2%), the law category has a frequency of appearance 2 times (2.2%) , the worship category has a frequency of appearance 2 times (2.2%), the marriage & parenting category has a frequency of appearance 20 times (21.5%), the YN quiz category has a frequency of appearance 10 times (10.8%), the YN merch category has a frequency appeared 7 times (7.5%), and the YN classroom category appeared 21 times (22.6%), the theme that appeared frequently was the category with an appearance frequency of 22.6%, namely the YN Classroom category.
