Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of independent variables namely work- life balance, competence, and leadership on the dependent variable namely organizational commitment of employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention located in the Batu area. This research is quantitative research with a population and sample derived from all employees totaling 45 people. The sample was obtained using census techniques and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results show that Work- Life Balance partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Competence partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Leadership partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment. All three independent variables, namely Work-Life Balance, Competence, and Leadership, simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment with a contribution of 51.9% to changes in organizational commitment. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on changes in organizational commitment is Work-life balance with a contribution of 23.8% to changes in organizational commitment.
