ABSTRACT
Muhammad Naufal Aqiel S 2024, 201910040311357 “Implementation of Investor Relations Division Pitching Techniques for Prospective Investors (Study at PT. Bento Group Indonesia)”. Supervisors: Arum Martikasari, M. Med. Kom

This research aims to describe the implementation of pitching techniques carried out by the investor relations division at PT Bento Group Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods in order to obtain natural research results in accordance with actual conditions. Data was obtained using data collection methods using interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of the research found that the implementation of the pitching technique carried out by the investor relations division at PT Bento Group Indonesia contained elements of benefit, approach and competition system messages, but did not contain messages regarding need. Apart from that, the pitching that was carried out also used attractive visualization by considering general aspects of business presentations. Apart from that, the research results also found that the business pitching carried out had not implemented public speaking techniques based on context and noise considerations so that communication interpretation still had the potential for bias.
