Abstract
In an increasingly complex and dynamic business era, companies are required to create a work environment that is not only productive but also empowers employees to contribute beyond their primary duties. Human Resources (HR) play a key role in determining organizational success, both in government and non-legislative sectors. HR often becomes a critical factor in ensuring organizational success and sustainability in facing ever-changing challenges. This study employs a quantitative approach, with a research population consisting of 40 employees from the production division of PT Java Indosinergi Creative. The sampling technique used is census sampling, where all population members are included as respondents, resulting in 40 participants. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis
with SPSS software. The study reveals that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The findings indicate that a transformational leadership style that inspires, motivates, and provides individual attention can enhance employees' OCB. Moreover, high job
satisfaction encourages extra-role behaviors that support the organization.
Simultaneously, the combination of transformational leadership style and high job satisfaction strengthens employees' contributions beyond their formal duties. However, the OCB scale among respondents shows relatively low values compared to other variables. These results highlight that leadership style and job satisfaction significantly impact OCB, reflecting employees' positive behaviors that support overall organizational goals
