Background: Health problems in adolescents today are increasing. Many adolescents do not understand how to maintain reproductive health reproductive health related to themselves due to lack of knowledge and understanding in adolescents about reproductive health. Health education can be provided as health promotion that can increase knowledge related to reproductive health

Results: The results showed that the provision of reproductive health education can affect knowledge with p-velue 0.000 < than 0.05 which means there is a difference before the mean of 8.37 (sufficient) to after the mean of 9.95 (good), besides that the attitude with a p-velue of 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a difference before with a mean of 22.95 (good) to after the mean of 23.97 (very good), but health education
does not affect behaviour with a p-velue of 0.617>0.05 which means there is no difference before with a mean of 15.43 (sufficient) after with a mean of 15.53 (sufficient) providing health education..
Conclusion: The results of the effect of providing reproductive health education
can affect students' knowledge and attitudes before and after being given health education, but students' behavior is still the same or not. Health education but student behavior is still fixed or there is no change in maintaining adolescent male reproductive health at SMK in maintaining adolescent male reproductive health at SMK Tekstil Pandaan.
Suggestions : Nurses as educators in preventive efforts can provide health education to adolescents to maintain their reproductive health, besides that for further research are to provide interventions to improve knowledge, attitudes and behaviours of adolescents about reproductive health.
