PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI, MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BAGIAN KEUANGAN SATUAN KERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH ( SKPD ) KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation of accounting information systems, motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the finance department of SKPD Sumbawa Regency. The sample in this study is 30 samples and the population is a work unit of the Sumbawa Regency regional apparatus with a sampling method using purposive sampling. This type of research is associative, the data used is primary data derived from the results of the distribution of the consortium. The results of this study are that the application of accounting information systems, motivation and work environment have no effect on employee performance because P-Values are above 0.05 while work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance because P-Values are below 0.05.
