Abstract
The focus of this research is to find out how compensation, work environment and
job satisfaction influence Shopee Express couriers at the Cerme Gresik branch.
This approach uses quantitative methods. This data collection technique uses a
questionnaire. The sample in this study was Shopee Express couriers, totaling 30
respondents. The data analysis method used is a range of scales with compensation
in the bad category, work environment in the uncomfortable category, and job
satisfaction in the satisfied category, and regression analysis assisted with SPSS 25
software. The research results found that compensation has an effect on job
satisfaction. The work environment influences job satisfaction, and compensation
and work environment influence job satisfaction.
