Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of nurse performance, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior and whether organizational citizenship behavior is able to mediate the effect of organizational culture on nurse performance in RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This research was conducted on nurses at RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban with 186 employees as respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, statistical t test, sobel test, and the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study showed strong organizational culture, nurse performance showed very high results, organizational citizenship behavior showed high results. There is a significant influence between organizational culture on nurse performance, organizational culture has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has an effect on nurse performance, and organizational citizenship behavior mediates the effect of organizational culture on nurse performance. The higher organizational citizenship behavior can increase the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance.
