HUBUNGAN DURASI DUDUK DAN POSISI DUDUK DENGAN RESIKO LOW BACK PAIN (MIOGENIC) PADA SUPIR TRAVEL MADURA JAKARTA

Ergonomics that often occur in the implementation of K3 which have an impact
on economic losses due to decreased work capacity and decreased worker
productivity, low back pain occurs locally and/or radicularly which is felt
between the lower costal arches to the lumbosacral area. This study aims to
analyze the relationship between sitting duration and sitting position with the risk
of low back pain (myogenic) in Madura Jakarta travel drivers. Analytical
observational research using the cross sectional method. The population and
sample in this study were 34 car travel community drivers using total sampling
technique. The independent variables in this study were sitting duration and
sitting position and the dependent variable was the risk of low back pain
(myogenic). This research uses tools in the form of 1) a questionnaire which
contains several questions that are synchronous or refer to previous theoretical
reviews, including personal data, 2) a questionnaire on sitting duration and
sitting position 3) an NBM (Nordic body map) questionnaire. Analysis uses a chisquare test of 0.05. The research results based on sitting duration were mostly in
the medium category, 18 (52.9%), sitting positions were mostly in the high risk
category, 19 (55.9%), Low Back Pain (Myogenic) were mostly in the medium risk
category, 19 (55.9%) and Based on the diagram above, it is known that the pvalue is 0.000 and 0.008, so it shows that the analysis is meaningful, a = <0.05,
so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between sitting duration and
sitting position with the risk of low back pain (myogenic) in Madura Jakarta
travel drivers
