Abstract
The research carried out aims to analyze the implementation of policies on Tridaya
Creative Agency by flecitime. This research uses a qualitative method with a
descriptive approach. The techniques used in data collection are interviews,
observation and documentation. The results of this research show that
implementing policies related to the recruitment, selection process, job training
system and also providing compensation to employees at Tridaya Creative Agency
on a flexitime basis can be profitable as the recruitment and selection process does
not require a long time. The results of this research show that providing
compensation to employees on a flexitime basis is sufficient to make employees feel
satisfied at work because the compensation given is in accordance with the results
of the work provided.
