PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH WALUYO JATI PROBOLINGGO

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Waluyo Jati Probolinggo regional general hospital. This research is quantitative. Quantitative analysis to describe the results of the questionnaire obtained from all respondents in the form of numbers. The sample used in this research were employees of RSUD Waluyo Jati Probolinggo. The sample used in this research was 40 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS version 25 software program. The research results showed that the physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at Waluyo Jati Probolinggo Hospital. It is known that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Waluyo Jati Probolinggo. Simultaneously, it is known that the physical work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Waluyo Jati Probolinggo Hospital employees.
