Abstract
This study aims to determine how job satisfaction, job demand, and job crafting, the effect of job demand on job satisfaction, the effect of job demand on job crafting, the effect of job crafting on job satisfaction, and the effect of job demand on job satisfaction through job crafting. This research was conducted on employees of Lafayette Coffee & Eatery totalling 56 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used Propotional Random Sampling technique. The data analysis method uses path analysis using SPSS 27 software. The results of this study indicate that the job demand variable has a sufficient category, job satisfaction with a satisfied category, and job crafting with a very good category. The results of this study indicate that Job demand has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job demand has a significant effect on Job Crafting, Job Crafting has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Job Crafting can mediate the effect of Job demand on Job Satisfaction.
