Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance regarding quantity, quality, punctuality, ability to cooperate. Work environment regarding work atmosphere, facilities, cleanliness, relationships with coworkers. Work stress regarding task demands, interpersonal demands, role demands. And work discipline regarding attendance, compliance with work regulations, compliance with work standards, ethical work. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used was all employees totaling 35 employees. The sample used was total sampling. The type of research data is quantitative data and the data source is primary. Collection by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses a scale range and multiple linear regression. The results show that the work environment is classified as a sufficient category, work stress is classified as a sufficient category, work discipline is classified as a sufficient category and employee performance is classified as a sufficient category. The results of multiple linear regression obtained that the work environment, work stress, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect, work stress has a negative and significant effect, work discipline has a positive and significant effect, and work discipline has the most dominant effect on employee performance at UD. Whin Senduro Lumajang.
