Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ability and knowledge on employee performance at PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya in the Human Resources Sector. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 31 workers. The research method used in this study is quantitative with primary data as the data source. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used a scale range and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range showed that ability, knowledge and employee performance were classified as sufficient. While the results of multiple linear regression showed that ability and knowledge had a significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge had the strongest effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya in the Human Resources Sector.
