Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior, quality of work life and organizational commitment and analyze the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees on PT. Pacific Satellite Nusantara with a total sample of 60 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis method used is a scale range and partial least square analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the scale range show that quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment are in the high category. The results of this research are that quality of work life has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, kualitas kehidupan kerja has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior.
