Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload and
work environment on the performance of employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero)
Amlapura branch, Bali. The population in this study was 30 employees using the
census method. The type of research used is quantitative research. The collection
technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data measurement
technique in this research uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses a
range of scales and multiple linear regression, the results of which research shows
that compensation is very high, workload is very high, the work environment is
very good and employee performance achieves high results. It can be said that
compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,
work load has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the
work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance
and the results of simultaneous tests show that compensation, workload and work
environment have a simultaneous effect on performance. employee.
