PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN HARGA SAHAM TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN TEKSTIL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Profitability and Stock Price on Firm Value with Good Corporate Governance as a Moderating Variable in Textile Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research utilizes secondary data with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique employed
is multiple linear regression using Eviews-10 as the analytical tool. The data used in this study are the financial statements from the years 2019 to 2022. The results indicate that profitability has a positive and significant influence on firm value, and simultaneously, stock price also has a positive and significant influence on firm value. However, the moderator Good Corporate Governance, proxied by board composition and board of commissioners composition, is unable to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value and cannot moderate the effect of stock price on firm value.
