Abstract
This research aims to find out how much influence the work environment and job satisfaction have on employee work discipline. Population This type of research uses a quantitative approach and uses explanatory research. The population of this study was 57 respondents. Then, to analyze this data, the researchers used the SPSS for Windows application formula. The results of the analysis of the data obtained explain that: 1) there is no influence between work environment variables on employee work discipline so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. 2) there is an influence between the job satisfaction variable on employee work discipline so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the findings of this research, it shows that the employee work environment variable does not have a significant influence on the employee work discipline variable and the employee job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee work discipline variable.
