Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership styles on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. Sumber Jaya Group. The population in this study is all 33 retail employees. The sampling technique used is a census. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The analysis method used is a scale range and path analysis. The results of the analysis show that leadership style is in the good category, performance is in the high category, and job satisfaction is in the high category. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence of leadership style on performance, there is a significant influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, there is a significant influence of job satisfaction on performance, and there is a significant influence of leadership style on performance through job satisfaction.
