ANALISIS KANDUNGAN TIMBAL (Pb) PADA DAGING IKAN WADER (Puntius bramoides) DI ALIRAN SUNGAI LESTI KABUPATEN MALANG SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR BIOLOGI

The Lesti River is used by the local community for various needs, which one is Wader fishing and consumed. To anticipate people no negative effects after consuming, research is carried out on the analysis of heavy metal lead content (Pb) on Wader fish meat. In this research selection lead based on community activities which utilizes lead elements in term of household activities, agriculture, nor privately owned business industry. The aim of this research is to find out identification of content and number amount of content lead (Pb) on Wader fish meat (Puntius bramoides) in Lesti River Flow as Biology Learning Resources. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative research methods and simple random sampling technique. The research results showed that the content of lead (Pb) was identified on Wader Fish Meat (Puntius bramoides) in Lesti River Flow Malang Regency. From three repetitions 4 stations obtained the resulting value of the content of lead (Pb) above the threshold so it doesn’t meet the requirements according to the stipulated provisions by Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan the year 2022. This research can be used as a Biology learning resources based on research data about analysis the content of the heavy metal lead (Pb) on Wader Fish Meat (Puntius bramoides) in Lesti River Flow Malang Regency. The suggestions from this research are further research is needed related to the presence of heavy metal besides heavy metal lead (Pb) so later heavy metals other than the heavy metal lead (Pb) can be identified.
