Abstract

The purpose of this research is to establish a connection between leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty. This study use a questionnaire distributed to 140 cafe employees in the Dau District who have the sampling criteria and were selected using accidental sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The analysis results indicate that both leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant impact on employee loyalty. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership style on employee loyalty. This shows that job satisfaction plays a crucial role in linking leadership style to employee loyalty.
