STRATEGI BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DALAM PENGELOLAAN POTENSI DESA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DESA (PADes) DI DESA TULUNGREJO

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of village-owned enterprises in Tulungrejo Village and analyze the strategies implemented by BUMDes in increasing village original income in Tulungrejo Village. Based on the regulation of Law No. 23 of 2014, it is stated that the village government is encouraged to establish a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) which is useful for regulating the village economy and meeting the needs and exploring the potential of the village. This is reinforced by Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in developing their potential independently according to needs in order to realize welfare. The focus of research in this study is the management of village assets managed by BUMDes Mulyorejo. The research method used is descriptive research and uses qualitative methods, data collection used is field studies (Interviews and Observations) and supporting documents from BUMDes Mulyorejo. The information in this study amounted to 5 (five) people consisting of the director of BUMDes Mulyorejo, Secretary of BUMDes Mulyorejo, Head of Tulungrejo Village and 2 village government staff. Data analysis used is data reduction, data review and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy implemented by BUMDes Mulyorejo in managing village potential has not been running optimally, but through the tourism unit, BUMDes asset management is able to make good planning in the form of developing a tourism facility, namely Flora Wisata, where it is hoped that the tourism unit can have a positive impact on the village's original income.
