PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS MUZAKI DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN MUZAKI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA LAZISMU KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

This research aims to analyze the influence of accountability and
transparency on Muzaki loyalty with Muzaki trust as a mediating variable in
Lazismu, Mojokerto Regency. The purposive sampling technique used in this
research was the Slovin formula. The data acquisition technique used in this
research was a questionnaire distributed directly to 57 Muzaki LAZISMU
Mojokerto Regency by processing the data obtained using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that accountability influences Muzaki's loyalty. Transparency influences Muzaki's loyalty. Trust influences Muzaki's loyalty. Accountability influences Muzaki's trust. Transparency does not affect Muzaki's trustworthiness. Muzaki's trust does not mediate accountability and transparency towards Muzaki's loyalty.
