Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of servant leadership on performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. A sample of 38 was carried out using saturated sampling. Path analysis techniques and Sobel test. The research results found that servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture was able to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance.
