Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of work flexibility and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this research was all employees of Tape 25 Prajekan. This sampling technique was carried out using a quantitative method, namely by using a questionnaire, the number of samples used in this research was 37 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and data processing uses SPSS version 29. The results of this research conclude that: 1. Work Flexibility has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 2. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. 3. Work Flexibility and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
