Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of authentic leadership style on workplace conflict through trust as an intervening variable at Sengkaling Recreation Park, Malang. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach. The population of the study consists of 92 employees of Sengkaling Recreation Park, Malang. The sampling method used in this study is saturation sampling, thus all the population is included as the research sample. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that authentic leadership significantly influences workplace conflict and trust, and trust significantly influences workplace conflict, just as authentic leadership significantly influences workplace conflict through trust as an intervening variable among all employees of Sengkaling Recreation Park, Malang
