Abstract

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of social support and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This type of research is Exsplanatory Research with a quantitative approach. This data collection
technique uses a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all Lafayette employees totaling 123 employees with probability sampling technique with total sampling method. The data analysis method used is the scale range and
multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that social support is categorized as good, organizational culture is categorized as very strong, and job satisfaction is categorized as very satisfied; Social Support has a positive and
significant effect on Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and social support is the most influential variable on job satisfaction positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Social Support is the variable that has the most influence on job satisfaction.
