Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a very detrimental impact on an entertainment industry such as live music events and requires Es Kopi Boss London as the owner of the live music event to adapt to changes and the implementation of health protocols by the government. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of Implementing Communication Management of the Boss London Live Music Live Music Event during the Pandemic. This event is not an instant activity because it has to skip several processes in it, therefore effective event management is needed so that this live music event can be held properly and in accordance with health protocols. This research uses a qualitative method, while the data collection technique is by means of observation, interviews with general marketing and content creators, and documentation. This event is included in Goldblatt's Event Management theory, namely stages, research, design, planning, coordination and evaluation. The results of the study show that Es Kopi Boss implements an adaptive and responsive live music event management strategy to the covid-19 pandemic. This involves adjusting health protocols, using social media, and creativity in organizing events. Thus, live music events at Es Kopi Boss are not only able to survive in the midst of a pandemic, but also provide a new and safe experience to customers.
