Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of work systems, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Nale System Integrator Malang with 45 respondents. The research method used was quantitative with Non-Probability Sampling technique with a saturated sample method. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used were instrument test, classical assumption test, scale range, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing in the form of T-test, F-test, coefficient of determination test, and dominant test. The results of the analysis show that the work system has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work systems, work discipline, and motivation together have an effect on employee performance, and the work system has a dominant effect on employee performance.
