Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The location of this research was conducted at the Q Hotel Sangatta. The population in this study were all employees of Q Hotel Sangatta, totaling 48 people. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research uses a probability sampling technique with a total sampling approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. The results of this research show that Q Hotel Sangatta employees have very high job satisfaction with the work provided by the company. Employees at Q Hotel Sangatta also feel very committed to their work and have excellent organizational citizenship behavior. significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment can mediate the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior.
