Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on employee intention to stay which is mediated by job engagement at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Krembung branch. The sample in the study totaled 60 workers. The sampling technique in this study applies non-probability sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to employees. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model is used in data analysis used in the PLS program. The results of this research prove that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on intention to stay, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on intention to stay, Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on job engagement, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on job engagement , job engagement has a positive and significant influence on intention to stay, transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on intention to stay through job engagement, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on intention to stay through job engagement.
