GAMBARAN GAYA HIDUP PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS DALAM MENGONTROL GULA DARAH DI DESA SUMBERSUKO KECAMATAN TAJINAN MALANG TAHUN 2023

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that occurs when the
pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use
the insulin produced. Objective: This research aims to get an overview of the
lifestyle of diabetes mellitus sufferers.. Method: Method In this case study,
researchers used an interview technique to describe the lifestyle of diabetes mellitus
sufferers using a semi-structured interview technique. Conclusion: Based on the
results of researchers, the description of the lifestyle of diabetes mellitus sufferers
in controlling blood sugar includes excessive eating patterns seen from eating
continuously throughout the day, excessive consumption of sweets seen from the
foods and drinks consumed that are sweet, lack of physical activity such as exercise
and prefer sleep, and psychological stressors are seen from when there is a problem
that will be thought too much about
