Abstract

Academic information systems are the most important part for the continuity of an educational institution. As one of the higher education institutions that always follows developments in information technology, UMM tries to provide various service facilities to all students and their academic community, namely the availability of various academic information systems that utilize internet technology. One form of utilizing information technology at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang is the MyUMM Student Application which is used by UMM students. The MyUMM Student application is an Android and iOS based application which functions as a practical learning center used by students for technical consultation services including financial status, lecture administration, etc. This research aims to find out and analyze the level of user satisfaction with an information system that is being used, and to find out what factors influence the level of user satisfaction with the information system. The method used in this analysis is the EUCS method using six variables, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness and satisfaction.
