EVALUASI PROGRAM REHABILITASI SOSIAL TERHADAP GELANDANGAN DI UPT REHABILITASI SOSIAL BINA KARYA PASURUAN

This research aims to look at several things that need to be improved
regarding existing problems, namely at UPT RSBK Pasuruan, these improvements are presented in the form of recommendations using the CIPP evaluation model. This research itself is qualitative research using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation and interviews as well as technical data analysis, namely: (data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions). The results of the research show that there are several things that need to be evaluated starting from the context stage which looks at the needs of the beneficiaries, the second is input by looking at human resources and infrastructure suggestions therein, where the evaluation result is the need for additional field staff because the number of field staff is not equivalent to number of beneficiaries. Next, the third is the process, this aspect of the process itself looks at the implementation, which results in actual implementation of the program, as well as communication between field staff and beneficiaries that needs to be improved. And the last one is the result or product aspect, this aspect itself does not fulfill the initial goal which is to be able to meet the basic abilities of the beneficiaries and provide skills so that after graduating from UPT RSBK they are able to fulfill their own economy.
