Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee productivity. Jabung Malang Agro Niaga Cooperative. The population is all employees totaling 40 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique with a
sample number of 40 employees. Data was collected through questionnaires with data measurement techniques using scale ranges. The data was analyzed using the help of SmartPLS SEM software version 4.0. Instrument tests are validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis test used is a scale range. The results of this study show that: 1) Compensation has a significant effect on employee productivity. 2) Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity. 3) Compensation and Work Motivation have a
simultaneous effect on employee productivity
