Abstract
Riset berikut dilakukan guna menyelidiki juga menelaah dampak motivasi kerja beserta disiplin bagi produktivitas kerja secara simultan ataupun parsial. Riset berikut menerapkan metode kuantitatif. Metodologi yang diaplikasikan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data mengaplikasikan angket pada 50 responden yang dipilih menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data diantaranya uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis. Perolehan riset menemukan bahwasanya motivasi kerja berimbas positif juga signifikan bagi produktivitas, demikian pula dengan ketertiban kerja. Secara bersamaan, motivasi serta ketertiban kerja juga berdampak positif serta signifikan bagi produktivitas karyawan di Palm Collective.
The following research was conducted to investigate and examine the impact of work motivation and discipline on work productivity simultaneously or partially. The following research applies quantitative methods. The methodology applied is a quantitative approach, with data collection applying a questionnaire to 50 respondents selected using saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The research found that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on productivity, as does work order. Simultaneously, motivation and work order also have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity at Palm Collective.
