Analisis Kualitas Website Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Sorong Menggunakan Usability Testing dan WebQual 4.0

Along with the rapid development of information technology, websites have become one of the main channels for providing information and services to users. In order of a quality website to be delivered in its development, the website provides intuitive navigation, ensures each feature can be accessed easily, and presents information with a clear layout. The purpose of this research is to conduct a study that uses usability testing and webqual and descriptive analysis as data analysis. The usability testing method is an evaluation used to measure the extent to which a product or system can be used by users with effectiveness and efficiency. Meanwhile, webqual is a method used to measure website quality based on end-user perceptions with three dimensional variables, namely usability, information quality and service interaction. This research analyzes the quality of the Sorong City Statistics Agency (BPS) website using usability testing and webqual 4.0. The usability testing results show that the percentage level is in accordance with the actual value with a good time speed. The results of the 3 dimensions of webqual with descriptive analysis show usability, information quality is very good and service quality is good. Both methods show that the BPS website successfully meets high quality standards in providing a positive experience to users. This research provides a comprehensive overview of website quality.
