Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Giri Drinking Water Wins Mataram City partially and simultaneously. This study used quantitative methods. The research population is 258 employees at PT. Giri Drinking Water Wins Mataram City. Determination of the sample using the stratified random sampling method so that a research sample of 72 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS program. The results proved that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior and job loyalty has a significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior. The results are simultaneously known that job satisfaction and job loyalty have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PT. Giri Drinking Water Wins Mataram City.
