Abstract
This study aims to identify and evaluate the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The research adopts a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires, with a sample consisting of 81 members of the Samapta Directorate of the South Kalimantan Regional Police. Data analysis was conducted using the scale range method and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Similarly, organizational commitment also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Overall, both organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.
