Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of accounting information systems, information technology and competency on employee performance at PT.PMP in Jember. The population in this study was 368 employees, and 192 employees were used as samples in the research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with criteria that had been adapted to the research sample. This type of research is associative quantitative and the analysis technique used is Smart PLS. The research results show that accounting information systems have a positive effect on employee performance, then information technology also has a positive effect on employee performance, and finally, competency has a positive effect on employee performance. From the presentation of the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable as evidenced by the p-value <0.05.
