Abstract
Background: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the highest cause of death throughout the world. It was recorded that 70% of deaths were caused by PTM. The Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Diseases (Posbindu PTM) is the government's effort to tackle non-communicable diseases. This research aims to determine the success of implementing the non-communicable disease program at the Community Health Center and explore the supporting and inhibiting factors for the non-communicable disease reduction program.
Research Method: This research uses a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research used in-depth interviews. The sample for this study consisted of 6 nurses who worked at the Kasembon Community Health Center and were nurses in charge of running the Posbindu program in the villages. This research was conducted in July 2023.
Result: The research results obtained indicate that the implementation of the Posbindu PTM program at the Kasembon Community Health Center is not optimal because in the program implementation process there are still obstacles in several aspects. Starting from implementing human resources to the outcomes of the Posbindu program. Supporting factors for the Posbindu program come from cross-sectors such as cadres and villages, cross-sectors really help program implementation starting from helping coordinate residents and also contributing funds for program implementation. The inhibiting factors in implementing the Posbindu program itself come from residents and also obstacles in inputting data online.
Conclusion: The implementation of the Posbindu PTM program at the Kasembon Community Health Center is still not optimal due to the input, process and output aspects. The research results also found supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Posbindu program at the Kasembon Community Health Center. Supporting factors came from across sectors such as support from cadres, villages and also parties from the sub-district. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the program came from the residents of Kasembon sub-district themselves.
