Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on organizational commitment with employee satisfaction as an intervening variable (case study of PT My Republic employees). This research uses quantitative research with the path analysis research method as measured by SPSS version 25. The number of samples used in this research was 45 respondents and all variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The research results show that 1). Compensation has a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment, 2) Compensation has a significant positive influence on Employee Satisfaction, 3), Employee Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment, 4) Employee Satisfaction has a mediating role in the relationship between Compensation and Organizational Commitment
