Abstract
A hotel is a form of building, symbol, company or lodging business entity that provides lodging services, food and beverage providers and other service facilities where all services are intended for the general public, both those who stay overnight at the hotel or those who only use certain facilities. owned by the hotel. The research used was a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted through a case study approach, interviews, and direct observation of the Purchasing Role at Rayz Hotel UMM Malang. Purchasing management is an important part of a company that must be responsible for procurement of goods. Purchasing has an important role in managing the company's budget because it is responsible for procuring the goods and services needed by the company.
