Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Mobile Portal Rumah Sakit Menggunakan Metode UCD (Studi Kasus : Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Lamongan)

As technology develops increasingly rapidly, it is not surprising that information technology has now entered almost every aspect of life in the fields of education, economics, politics, social and culture. All have used computer technology as a medium of communication and information. The need for hardware and software is also increasing, where smartphones are now very helpful in solving problems and accessing various information in real time anytime and anywhere.
The Muhammadiyah Lamongan Hospital itself has an Android-based application called "RSM Lamongan Portal". Based on user experience, there are many criticisms expressed by users if the appearance of the mobile application is less attractive. This research aims to produce a better and more user friendly display for users. After redesigning the Muhammadiyah Lamongan Hospital Portal Application using Ucer Centered Design (UCD), using ISO 1926 and Likert scale testing. The initial evaluation used ISO 1926 and a Likert scale. The Muhammadiyah Lamongan Hospital portal application has a value of 39.24%. The scale given is "less attractive" based on the percentage weight table. The initial evaluation used ISO 1926 and a Likert scale.
