Abstract
From the results of observations in the field, it shows problems during the IPAS learning process, students are less enthusiastic and pay less attention to the teacher such as talking to themselves in learning which results in students not being able to receive and understand the material delivered by the teacher. One of the causes of this problem is the minimal use of media in the learning process. The aim of this research is to develop wubecode audio visual media (barcode based object forms) Science and Technology on the form of objects and their changes in class IV elementary school.
This research uses the ADDIE model, with 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research method used is Research and Development which uses data analysis techniques, namely observation, interviews and questionnaire guidelines. The place where the research was conducted was elementary school 1 gadang. The research instruments used were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, questionnaire guidelines and documentation guidelines. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis to process questionnaire data, and qualitative analysis for observation results and interview results.
The Wubecode learning media received a material validation test score which obtained a percentage result of 90%, which means it is suitable to be implemented in the media being developed. The results of the media validation test with a percentage value of 77%, which means it is feasible to implement. The results of the class teacher's response were 90%, meaning it was feasible and interesting, and 78% of the student questionnaire results mean that the learning media is interesting. From attractiveness Wubecode audio visual media (a barcode-based form of object) makes students more interested in pictures or animations so that students focus more on learning.
