Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline and non-physical work environment on the performance of CV. Mega Lestari Plasindo employees. The population in this study was 142 people. The sampling method used in this research was simple random sampling which was based on the Slovin formula with a total of 59 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used was instrument validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 26.0 for Windows program. The results of this research show that all statement items for each variable are valid and reliable. The research model meets the classic assumption test criteria, there is no multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and meets the assumptions of normality. Based on the results of the partial test (t test), the results showed that the work motivation variable had no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline and the non-physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) also show that the variables in this study have an effect together or simultaneously with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination test results in this study were 42.0%, which can influence employee performance at CV. Mega Lestari Plasindo. Work discipline is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at CV. Mega Lestari Plasindo compared to work motivation variables and non-physical work environments
