Abstract
Sugara milk is an MSME that operates in the food and beverage sector. This research aims to find out how to develop dairy products, and find out the results of dairy product development. The analytical tools used in this research are the product development stage method and qualitative analysis. The research results show four stages of product development starting from building ideas, prototyping, product testing and evaluation. This research also describes the formation of prototypes for the development of flavor variants and packaging designs based on consumer needs, as well as conducting market tests and selecting the best products. The advice given to companies is to make improvements or modifications to products that have been developed in accordance with consumer desires as a policy in developing products, and companies are expected to consistently maintain their products in accordance with consumer choices.
