Results: The correlation between age and sleep quality has a correlation coefficient of -0.237. with a significant value of 0.013. The correlation between smoking and sleep quality has a correlation coefficient of 0.394 with a significant value of 0.005. The correlation between blood sugar levels and sleep quality has a correlation coefficient of -0.022 with a significant value of 0.823 .
